Barbara has diversified accounting, tax, and consulting experience, providing a wide variety of businesses and owners with business taxation services, individual taxation services, business valuations, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions throughout Central Florida. She is an active certified business valuation professional and litigation support consultant to the legal profession. Although Barbara currently does not practice law, her law degree provides tremendous value to our clients. Barbara’s industry experience is rooted in her work with healthcare entities, professional services firms, and manufacturing and distribution companies. Her ability to structure transactions that move businesses to the next generation or other buyers has helped Barbara create long-lasting client relationships.
