Kevin Payne

Kevin’s primary client focus is to provide full-service accounting to community associations. This includes the billing and collection of maintenance assessments, payment of bills approved by the board of directors, reconciliation of the association’s bank accounts, and preparation of monthly financial statements. He also performs year end audits, reviews, and compilations for these associations in compliance with financial reporting requirements. Kevin’s clients enjoy working with him because he takes the time to fully analyze their financial statements before providing them to the organization. When the answer is not immediately apparent, he exhausts all avenues to ensure that he is able to offer the best solution.
