Sandi is responsible for the design and execution of CRI’s Human Capital strategies which encompass talent management, organizational development, retention, leadership development, engagement, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. Although she doesn’t have any external clients of her own, Sandi’s 20+ years of experience in the public accounting profession, combined with her expertise in human capital, have allowed her to deliver the highest level of service to her internal clients.
