Andrew leads the Business Development Growth team for CRI, helping cultivate new business for the firm while serving as the growth team’s coach, advocate, and connector to the firm’s leadership and subject matter experts. Andrew’s passion is listening to people to help provide insights that can generate positive solutions. Having also served in a sales capacity, Andrew offers a valuable perspective to the firm and his team in all matters related to growth initiatives.
