Adjusting to an Evolving Workforce

On May 7th, 2024, CRI Partner Scott Bailey presented at the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association Annual Conference in Asheville, NC. Scott joined a panel with Claire Richardson (Hylant Group, Inc.), Will Motley (Johnson Lambert), and Jordan Paszek (Pinnacle Actuarial Resources) to discuss the evolving challenges of identifying and retaining talent within the captive insurance market.
