As the leader of the Marketing Communications team at CRI, Betsy directs, implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications and content strategies and programs, including digital advertising, branding, firm promotion, and public relations to support the firm’s marketing objectives and increase brand awareness in local, regional, and national markets. As Bill Gates once said, “content is king,” and nobody trusts this more than Betsy! As with most modern marketing strategies, CRI’s relies on distributing informational and relatable content to clients and prospects to add value to existing relationships and lay the foundation for new ones. She is passionate about education, communication and people—all three of which motivate Betsy to accomplish these strategic marketing objectives on the firm’s behalf while supporting internal stakeholders in pursuit of their own goals.
