As one of CRI’s first corporate employees, Keisha’s primary role as CFO is developing people and procedures related to the overall internal accounting operations of the firm. She leads teams focused on structuring financial processes that report historical data and create predictive models fundamental in budgeting and forecasting. She takes great pride in her ability to lead teams that are cohesive, focused, and dedicated to one common goal. She is passionate in every aspect of her life and believes in Aristotle’s theory that “The whole is always greater than the sum of its parts.”
