He has extensive experience in Louisiana tax incentive programs, including Enterprise Zone, Restoration Tax Abatement, and Industrial Tax Exemption programs. Ken works with high-net-worth clients in the greater New Orleans area in tax compliance and structuring of real estate transactions through equity and debt financing, as well as utilizing tax credits.
