As Chief Information Officer, Nick oversees CRI’s IT management strategy and works alongside the IT team to maintain the accessibility, security, and functionality of all computer resources for the firm and its employees. Included in this is the management and development of processes for protecting sensitive data, systems, and other applications from external threats to mitigate security risk for client and firm information, as well as deployment of new firm-wide hardware and software systems, management of the firm’s IT support staff, and supervision of client support infrastructure. Although he does not have any external clients that he works with directly, his background previously working as an accountant gives him a unique perspective and skillset in his current role overseeing CRI’s Information Systems.
